QuickBooks Online Virtual Assistant

Summary

Join 20four7VA as a QuickBooks Online VA and support a construction industry client. This Junior Level position requires 10 hours per week, working Monday-Friday between 5 am and 8 am CST. You will be responsible for data entry, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, and maintaining the chart of accounts in QuickBooks Online. The ideal candidate possesses strong accounting principles understanding, QuickBooks Online proficiency, and excellent attention to detail. Requirements

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online

Responsibilities

• Accurately input financial data, including bank transactions, invoices, and receipts, into QuickBooks Online
• Reconcile bank accounts to ensure accurate financial records
• Assist in generating financial reports and analysis
• Maintain and update the chart of accounts as needed
• Manage and reconcile the general ledger
• Perform other accounting tasks as assigned, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, or payroll

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage)
• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Certification in QuickBooks or other accounting software
