Summary
Join our client's team as a Radiologist - AI Trainer and directly influence the future of medical imaging. You will use your clinical expertise to review, annotate, and provide feedback on radiological data, improving the accuracy and reliability of AI models. This role involves collaborating remotely with a dedicated team to advance healthcare technology. Key responsibilities include reviewing and annotating radiological images, evaluating AI-generated reports, providing feedback on model performance, and working with AI researchers and data teams. Adherence to clinical guidelines, ethical standards, and data privacy protocols is crucial. The position requires a commitment of 50 hours per month to AI training and project work.
Requirements
- Board-certified Radiologist (or equivalent international qualification) with 3β5+ years of clinical imaging experience
- Proven expertise in diagnostic accuracy across major modalities (CT, MRI, X-ray)
- Strong clinical communication skills, both written and verbal, with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience using PACS and radiological reporting tools for image assessment and workflow integration
- Ability to critically evaluate image quality and detect subtle pathologies
- Proficiency in English for providing clear, constructive written feedback
- Commitment to dedicating 50 hours per month to AI training participation
Responsibilities
- Review and annotate radiological images, including CT, MRI, and X-ray scans, for the training and validation of AI algorithms
- Evaluate AI-generated reports for diagnostic accuracy, clinical clarity, and compliance with established medical standards
- Provide expert feedback on model performance, edge cases, and diverse clinical scenarios to support continuous improvement
- Work closely with AI researchers and data teams to ensure model outputs are clinically relevant and robust
- Strictly adhere to clinical guidelines, ethical standards, and data privacy protocols when interpreting medical data
- Identify potential improvements in annotation processes and share insights to refine AI learning strategies
- Communicate findings and feedback through written documentation and verbal discussions with cross-functional teams
- Engage in 50 hours per month of dedicated AI training and project work
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous exposure to AI/ML concepts, annotation platforms, or data labeling tools
- Interest in technology-driven healthcare innovation and model development best practices
- Experience collaborating with technical teams in an interdisciplinary environment
