Requirements
- 2+ years of professional Ruby on Rails experience
- Proficiency in full stack development using a modern JavaScript framework
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a focus on friendly, clear communication
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions that solve unique logistics challenges
- Produce high quality work by ensuring acceptance criteria is met and regressions are avoided
- Design, build, test, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
- Maintain code quality through test automation and peer code reviews
Preferred Qualifications
- A strong grasp of optimizing system performance for speed, scalability, and reliability
- A passion for safeguarding applications through security-conscious development
- An interest in devops; ability to design, manage, and collaborate on application infrastructure
