As a Remote Content Production (RCP) Producer, you will lead various user-generated content (UGC) projects, manage an RCP Jr. Producer, and collaborate with multiple teams. You will be responsible for all aspects of UGC production, from script analysis to final delivery, ensuring timely and optimal results. This role requires strong communication skills in Spanish and English, advanced production skills, and experience in creative agency production. Requirements

• 3-4 Years of experience in Creative Agency Production
• Advanced Level of English
• Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks based on their importance and urgency, ensuring the fulfillment of established deadlines and objectives
• Experience in creating budget breakdowns and contemplating expenses of each type of UGC production, with a cost effective mind
• Knowledge of how to build a PPM deck, work alongside creatives to reach their expectations, and all the steps required in the pre production stages, to prepare for a remote shoot
• Openness to learn how to work on Project Management platforms, such as Monday.com
• Ability to confidently communicate in both Spanish and English during meetings, and to drive projects forward, establishing connections with other teams and even considering how to collaborate with them
• Ability to keep track of Jr. Producer's development, evaluation, and help him grow and achieve his best potential

Responsibilities

• Execute user-generated content (UGC) projects, including script analysis, communication with the Casting team for talent hiring, follow-up on instructions, processing payments, and sending products if necessary
• Check the footage reception and speak with our Data Management team to ensure it
• Ensure timely and optimal delivery of the produced footage
• Maintain smooth and effective communication with various teams, including Casting, Creativity, Data Management, Finance, to ensure alignment and achievement of objectives in UGC projects
• Be receptive to change and propose creative solutions to daily challenges that may arise during content production
• Quickly adapt to new circumstances and requirements
• Demonstrate initiative and the ability to anticipate the needs of the team and manager, identifying and resolving potential problems or obstacles before they arise
• Continuously monitor the progress of UGC projects, evaluating performance and results obtained, and implementing adjustments and improvements as necessary to optimize the impact and effectiveness of the produced content
• Work hand in hand with the RCP Team Lead, and the RCP Coordinator to provide support when necessary; as well as teaming with other departments
