The job is for a R&D Co-Op Engineer at Access Vascular, where the employee will assist in all aspects of product development from concept to manufacturing. Requirements

• Co-ops will be exposed to many different engineering and material science learning opportunities over the course of 6 months
• Co-ops are given a great deal of responsibility, and are encouraged to explore creative avenues of pushing the material technology forward

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of product development from concept to manufacturing
• Support design, development and testing of existing and future products
• Test method development
• Product testing
• Maintain and follow design control requirements
• Protocol creation and execution
• Verification and Validation Testing
• Manage the early manufacturing of the product
• Design of experiments
• Conduct laboratory experiments
• Tooling design
• Analyze, summarize and disseminate experimental results
• Establish and manage effective schedule
• Maintain laboratory notebook
