Remote Real Estate Agent / Valuation Analyst

Summary

The job is a remote Contract/Consultancy position as a Valuation Analyst at World Business Lenders (WBL). The role involves analyzing real estate collateral, researching local U.S. real estate markets, creating exhibits for reports, and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, experience in real estate appraisals or banking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements

• 100% Excellent English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in real estate appraisals/real estate or banking
• Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required; Teams experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze real estate collateral pledged in connection with loan applications to determine an estimated value
• Research local U.S. real estate markets
• Create exhibits for reports
• Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, composition of emails, and updating various documents and systems
