Requirements

• Active real estate broker license with a successful track record in office, commercial, or residential transactions
• Proven ability to manage complex real estate deals, including sales, rentals, and loan agreements
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Experience in mentoring or training agents, with a strong passion for education and knowledge sharing
• Comfortable working remotely and independently while effectively collaborating in a digital environment
• Comprehensive understanding of compliance, risk management, and financial documentation in real estate
• Strong motivation to push the boundaries of real estate technology and AI-based solutions

Responsibilities

• Offer expert insights into managing real estate transactions and overseeing agents
• Review and annotate transaction data from real-world scenarios to enhance AI learning and performance
• Guide AI systems to interpret regulatory compliance, financial protocols, and contract processes
• Work alongside product teams to simulate processes related to real estate sales, leasing, and loans
• Create and refine scenario-based training modules to address complex sales situations
• Assess AI-generated outputs for their relevance, accuracy, and professionalism in real estate communications
• Participate in continuous feedback loops to improve the AI’s written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
