Summary

Join ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa as a 180 Degree Recruiter, partnering with a US-based client. This remote role, open to South African citizens only, focuses on managing the candidate side of recruitment, sourcing and engaging top talent. You will screen numerous CVs weekly, conduct interviews, and book interviews for screened candidates. The role requires working US hours (9 am to 6 pm EST) and necessitates a reliable internet connection (fixed fibre line with 25 Mbps upload/download) and power backup solution. Success in this position demands strong recruitment experience, attention to detail, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.

Requirements

• English as a first language
• Experience in a Recruitment role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent critical thinking skills
• Excellent decision-making skills
• Possess a fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for both upload and download, capable of supporting a wired Ethernet connection
• Have power backup solution (UPS, Solar) to manage loadshedding or power outages

Responsibilities

• Use job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels to identify high-quality candidates
• Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to match them to client specifications
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing regular updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process
• Keep the candidate database updated and organized with accurate information
• Write and post compelling job ads to attract the right candidates
• Work closely with 360-degree recruiters or account managers to ensure alignment with client requirements
• Stay informed about industry trends to identify and engage with in-demand talent
