Summary
Join Vivid Money, a rapidly growing fintech company, as a Recruiter and play a vital role in building our exceptional workforce. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for both Tech and Business roles. This is a dynamic, start-up environment where you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates through various channels, conduct engaging interviews, and manage the entire recruitment process. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, ideally in both Tech and Business roles, and is fluent in Russian and English. Vivid offers a hybrid or fully remote work model with relocation support and a competitive salary and benefits package.
Requirements
- Have 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, ideally hiring for both Tech and Business roles
- Be skilled at finding talent through diverse channels—job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, meetups, or anywhere else great candidates might be hiding
- Be able to connect with candidates and hiring managers alike, building trust and ensuring smooth collaboration
- Thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment, love taking ownership, and aren’t afraid to think outside the box
- Be passionate about providing an exceptional candidate experience, making every interaction meaningful and engaging
- Be able to juggle multiple roles and priorities while keeping processes running smoothly
- Be eager to contribute to Vivid’s growth and help us shape the future of FinTech
- Be fluent in Russian and English
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and shape irresistible job profiles
- Scout talent through every channel imaginable—job boards, social media, meetups, or even that tech conference you’ve always wanted to attend
- Screen resumes and host engaging interviews (think less interrogation, more great conversation)
- Orchestrate the recruitment process like a maestro: scheduling, feedback-gathering, and offer-making
- Build a stellar talent pipeline for today’s and tomorrow’s hiring needs
- Build positive candidate experience (even if they don’t land the role this time)
- Champion our employer brand ensures everyone knows Vivid is the place to be
