Summary

Join WorkMotion's People and Culture Team as a Recruiter, EMEA! This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing top tech and business talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. You will partner with hiring managers, maintain ATS records, and contribute to process improvements. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of in-house recruitment experience, particularly in tech and business roles within a fast-paced environment. Strong adaptability, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in various tools are essential. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of in-house recruitment experience, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
  • Sound experience in tech hiring and ability to recruit for business roles such as finance, marketing and sales
  • Strong adaptability—comfortable with changing priorities and problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Experience working with an ATS (Workable preferred)
  • Proficiency in G Suite, Slack, and Miro
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and drive hiring success

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment with a focus on tech and some business roles, ensuring a smooth and compliant hiring process
  • Source, attract, and hire top talent
  • Keep Workable (ATS) records accurate and up to date
  • Partner with hiring managers, providing insights and updates on hiring pipelines
  • Drive an exceptional candidate experience
  • Work with the People & Culture team to enhance recruitment strategies, support hiring projects and contribute to process improvements
