Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition or human resources roles, with a proven track record of recruiting for a variety of roles in a fast-paced startup or similar environment
- Proven experience using creative and innovative sourcing techniques (e.g., employer branding, social media campaigns, niche job platforms, networking events) to attract candidates
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, from sourcing to onboarding
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS systems
- Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
- Ability to maintain the integrity of software systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and help define job descriptions and candidate profiles
- Source and engage passive candidates, building long-term pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Coordinate and manage the candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance, ensuring alignment with our company's values and culture
- Ensure seamless recruitment processes, best practices and improve efficiency
- Support employee relations by assisting with conflict resolution, performance management, and addressing employee inquiries
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and global employment laws
- Help manage HR programs related to performance management, employee engagement, and career development
- Provide support to the HR Manager in the employee onboarding process, including the preparation of contracts, training, and orientation for new hires
- Administer HR systems, assist in maintaining accurate employee records, and support the HR Manager in HRIS and EOR system management
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to ensure smooth integration of HR processes and systems across the organization
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights to leadership on hiring progress, time-to-fill, and other key performance indicators
- Assist with HR audits, ensuring compliance with local, state, and international employment laws and regulations
- Collaborate with HRIS and EOR partners to support all team members, ensuring compliance with labor laws and smooth onboarding and payroll processes for remote employees
- Help identify new recruitment needs globally and assist with managing the HR functions for our international workforce
- Maintain the integrity of our key software systems, including the ATS, HRIS, and EOR platforms, ensuring data accuracy, seamless integration, and adherence to compliance standards
