Summary

Join a team that's turning space into a transportation layer for Earth as a Part-Time Recruiting Sourcer. You'll play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our open positions, utilizing various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates, building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in a sourcing role, specifically in the space industry
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

• Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., social media, job boards, networking) to identify and engage potential candidates
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and sourcing efforts in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and sourcing
