Responsibilities

• Drive growth by efficiently scheduling clinically referred patients from NOCD’s national partners
• Develop an understanding of OCD, ERP therapy, and NOCD’s treatment model to support patient conversations and ensure seamless scheduling
• Navigate a mix of referrals from existing and new partnerships, understanding each partner’s organization, geography, and clinical team to build strong relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for patient scheduling
• Manage CRM data, strengthen internal and external relationships, and contribute to new ideas that enhance patient scheduling processes
• Represent NOCD with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to improving mental health care
