Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in professional services, with at least 3 years managing consulting teams in a high-growth enterprise environment
  • Strong understanding of technical and enterprise architectures, preferably graph data technologies
  • Proven track record of scoping projects, writing SOWs, and negotiating service solutions
  • Experience delivering complex, concurrent projects using structured methodologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships with technical and business stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience working with offshore partner models
  • Experience creating and leveraging Salesforce/Certinia professional services booking forecasts and utilization reports to analyze regional business

Responsibilities

  • Manage and consistently improve project financials, profitability, and revenue forecasting, and services bookings
  • Oversee successful execution of consulting projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget
  • Scope new projects, create Statements of Work (SOWs), and collaborate with sales teams to effectively scale the business while being customer obsessed
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and objectives
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Manage resource allocation, utilization, and capacity planning using metric-driven methodologies
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a regional team of consultants, project / engagement managers, and technical specialists
  • Drive professional and personal development of team members through skills development, mentoring, and career guidance
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement
  • Work closely with leaders in sales, customer success, technical support, marketing, product management, and engineering
  • Collaborate with professional services peers across regions and geographies to share and improve best practices
  • Partner with delivery partners and manage relationships to optimize resource availability and project profitability
