The company seeks a dynamic and experienced Regional Field Manager specializing in Instructional Design to oversee training initiatives, create engaging learning content, and optimize digital resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Multimedia Design, or related field or equitable experience
• Proven experience in instructional design, digital asset creation, and LMS management, preferably in a corporate or retail environment
• Strong proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), multimedia editing tools, and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time

Responsibilities

• Instructional Design: Develop and implement innovative instructional strategies, design and maintain training materials, ensure alignment with company policies and industry best practices
• Digital Asset Creation & Design: Create visually appealing digital assets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure brand standards and messaging alignment
• Learning Management System (LMS) Management: Administer and manage LMS, monitor usage and performance metrics, provide technical support and training to users
• Regional Training & Support: Plan, coordinate, and deliver training sessions for merchant partners, conduct needs assessments, serve as a subject matter expert
• Performance Evaluation & Reporting: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, analyze data and performance metrics, prepare regular reports
