Regional Growth Leader

Summary

Join Help at Home as a Regional Growth Leader and drive organic growth across multiple states. You will lead and mentor sales teams, build strategic partnerships, and develop innovative market strategies. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills, along with 10-15 years of experience in business growth. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and experience in the healthcare industry, though not required. Regular travel is expected within the assigned market.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree
• Have ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of experience in business growth roles (sales, recruiting, account management, etc.)
• Demonstrate experience in leading and managing a team
• Showcase a proven track record of developing successful market strategies

• Be located in Mississippi or Georgia, preferably near a metropolitan airport

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of the client funnel to maximize new client volume through multiple channels
• Serve as a strategic partner to guide key elements of partner experiences impacting growth
• Seek new opportunities for organic growth in adjacent service channels
• Engage strategically with the community, identifying opportunities and measuring investments
• Lead internal and cross-functional teams to develop and deploy growth strategies
• Utilize Salesforce and other tools for effective relationship management
• Drive continuous improvement based on measured outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Possess a Master’s degree or additional relevant degrees/credentials
• Have previous experience in the home care or health care industry
