Requirements
- Possess a Bachelorโs degree
- Have 10 to 15 years of experience with demonstrated success in business growth roles (sales, talent recruiting, account management, distribution channel management, strategic partnerships, marketing, or business leadership)
- Demonstrate strategic thinking and planning abilities to develop and execute long-term strategies aligned with company goals
- Exhibit results orientation by cascading market goals to personal goals with measurable outcomes, action plans, rationale, timelines, and roles/responsibilities
- Embody leadership principles, inspiring action, dedication, and loyalty; lead diverse, cohesive teams contributing to a growth-oriented culture
- Possess very strong verbal and written communication skills, effectively conveying ideas through presentations
- Demonstrate curiosity, inspiring it in others; remain inquisitive and demonstrate a personal growth mindset
- Deploy creative thinking to drive innovative ideas, testing and measuring the effectiveness of new strategies and tactics
- Lead cross-functional teams with a focus on outcomes; provide constructive feedback, demonstrating patience and understanding
- Build rapport quickly, listen attentively, see the world through multiple perspectives, and understand the needs of partners and customers
- Exhibit agility, multitasking, and managing multiple responsibilities; thrive in chaos and create clarity for others
- Demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional development for self and teammates
- Possess very strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deal with conflict professionally
- Be located in Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, or Missouri (preference for those near a metropolitan airport)
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight of the client funnel to maximize new client volume through multiple channels, emphasizing external relationships, in-market activities, broadcast & digital media advertisement, community engagement, and strategic partnerships
- Serve as a strategic partner to guide key elements of partner experiences impacting growth with local and regional referral partners (managed care organizations, state agencies, local agencies, etc.)
- Seek new organic growth opportunities in adjacent service channels, aligning with the company's overall growth strategy
- Engage strategically with the community, identifying opportunities and measuring investments
- Lead internal, cross-functional teams to develop and deploy strategies effectively serving external stakeholders and positioning Help at Home for growth
- Utilize Salesforce and other tools to deploy effective relationship management techniques (planning, marketing, communication)
- Drive continuous improvement based on measured outcomes by adapting people, processes, and technology
Preferred Qualifications
- Possess a Masterโs degree or additional relevant degrees or credentials
- Have previous experience in the home care or health care industry
