Regional Vice President Public Sector Sales

Summary

The job is for a Regional Vice President Public Sector at Sword Health, a fast-growing company specializing in digital musculoskeletal (MSK) solutions. The role involves selling these solutions to public sector entities and reducing costs with positive clinical outcomes for employees struggling with MSK conditions.

Requirements

• Responsible for sales of new business within an assigned territory. Work to acquire public sector MSK benefits to the marketplace
• Work with partnerships, marketing and individually to develop a healthy sales pipeline of public sector prospects
• Autonomously take deals from initial discovery stage to close
• Work with Fund Counsel and legal department on contract negotiations and final signatures
• Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure a successful enrollment of the Sword Health’s MSK digital solutions
• Attend public sector conferences, trade shows and events as needed

Responsibilities

• You’ll be involved in every aspect of our Public Sector sales process, developing leads, driving to close, managing relationships and working with consultants
• You'll have visibility into the entire company, work side-by-side with our senior leadership, marketing, and product teams to increase the sales pipeline in your assigned region

Preferred Qualifications

• 5-10 years of public sector relationships experience
• Willingness to travel within designated territory 40%
• Expertise in healthcare, self-Insured employers, health benefits, digital MSK solutions or disease management
• Startup or point solution experience is a plus
