Join our client's team as a Registered Nurse - AI Trainer, using your clinical expertise to shape the future of healthcare-assistive artificial intelligence. You will leverage your experience to train AI systems that enhance patient care, documentation, and communication. Key responsibilities include collaborating with engineers and data scientists, reviewing and annotating healthcare data, translating nursing processes into training data, and assessing the effectiveness of AI-generated communications. You will ensure medical accuracy and empathy in AI outputs and guide the development of AI interactions. This role requires an active RN license, clinical experience, and strong communication skills. Preferred qualifications include experience in clinical education or health informatics and involvement in AI projects.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with solid clinical experience
  • Thorough knowledge of patient assessment, care planning, and medical documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to administer nursing care for diverse patient populations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and empathy
  • Ability to translate clinical knowledge to a non-clinical, technology-focused audience
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in reviewing medical content
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to provide clinical insights that improve AI healthcare tools
  • Review, annotate, and evaluate healthcare data, such as patient records and clinical decision-making scenarios
  • Translate complex nursing processes into structured training data for AI models
  • Assess the effectiveness of AI-generated health communications and provide constructive feedback
  • Ensure medical accuracy and empathy are consistently represented in AI outputs
  • Guide the development of AI interactions to reflect best practices in patient care and documentation
  • Contribute expertise to projects focused on healthcare-assistive technology innovation

Preferred Qualifications
