Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on ESG or sustainability projects
  • Experience in the Fintech industry
  • Deep knowledge of ESG regulations and standards
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Support the Regulatory Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing various projects
  • Focus on ESG projects, developing and implementing sustainability strategies
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project alignment and achievement of objectives
  • Monitor and report on the progress of projects, including ESG initiatives
  • Conduct environmental and social impact assessments and analyses
  • Stay updated with best practices and trends in sustainability and ESG
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
