Summary

The Regulatory Data Quality Consultant will ensure that data management practices meet regulatory standards and best practices by conducting assessments, implementing solutions, and liaising with stakeholders. They will contribute to creating a framework for data governance and regulatory adherence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in data quality management, governance, or regulatory consulting
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and data management best practices
• Proficient in data quality tools and techniques
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Conduct data quality assessments and audits to identify issues and propose remediation strategies
• Implement data governance frameworks that align with regulatory requirements
• Establish and maintain KPI metrics to monitor data quality improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that data integrity is maintained throughout the data lifecycle
• Provide training and support for staff on data quality principles and practices
• Document processes and methodologies related to data quality management and regulatory compliance
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes and ensure that data practices are updated accordingly
