Requirements

• A deep and genuine interest in Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace and/or technologies
• 5+ years of experience working in key regulatory areas such as market abuse, financial crime, conflicts of interest, and corporate governance
• Advanced knowledge of global regulatory frameworks, including governance, risk management, and compliance program development
• Familiarity with internal audits, regulatory reporting processes, and implementing effective internal controls
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is advantageous

• Enhance Behavox’s Consulting and Advisory Services offerings by contributing insights into client needs and industry best practices

• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding and the ability to explain regulatory topics, including corporate governance, internal controls, and emerging compliance trends

• Accurately assess compliance gaps and risks identified during internal audits or reviews, formulating actionable improvement plans
• Stay updated on global regulatory developments and advise on their implications for client operations, policies, and procedures
• Proactively handle complex regulatory projects, performing in-depth research and providing data-driven insights that enhance client compliance programs
