Requirements

  • Hold tertiary qualifications in psychology
  • 5 years’ experience completing assessments, with expertise in Life Insurance or related fields
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering robust, high-quality reports
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively
  • Possess current AHPRA registration

Responsibilities

  • Conducting both desktop-based and interview-based assessments, tailoring your approach to the unique needs of each referral
  • Applying your knowledge to problem-solve complex cases and provide well-reasoned, evidence-based decisions
  • Writing comprehensive reports that clearly justify your conclusions, highlighting the most relevant findings
  • Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to contribute to holistic, client-focused outcomes
  • Delivering evidence-based interventions to improve psychological wellbeing, focusing on pain management, coping strategies, and overall adjustment to injury
  • Working on innovations and product offerings depending on customer needs and trends in the market
