As a Client Wealth Building Programs specialist, you will be the primary customer-facing point of contact, providing exceptional service and support to high-net-worth clients. You will collaborate with the Field Sales team, conduct financial reviews, and analyze data to optimize program performance. This role demands expertise in wealth development accounting, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships. You will need to possess in-depth knowledge of various Client Wealth Building Programs and be comfortable working with both internal and external stakeholders. Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and follow-up skills
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others internally and externally
  • Ability to professionally and efficiently handle client requests, inquiries, and complaints
  • Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends across all channels
  • Comfort in making difficult decisions and acting on opportunities that create value for clients and the company
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-motivation, results-orientation, and ability to work independently with minimal guidance
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field (preferred)
  • Some travel required
  • 3+ years’ experience supporting client participation programs
  • General accounting background with the ability to read and understand financial statements, balance sheets, ledgers, etc

Responsibilities

  • Execute Shareholder Financial Reviews (SFRs) associated with Client Wealth Building Programs
  • Research and analyze data to provide recommendations for maximizing Client Wealth Building Program performance
  • Follow up on items requiring further action after meetings (e.g., proformas, analysis, recaptures, additional product sales, rate adjustments, detailed loss data, etc.)
  • Support the Distribution team in mitigating risk and boosting sales by creating, delivering, and executing SFR recommendations
  • Support the Distribution Team and clients with extensive knowledge of cession & financial statements, actuarial analytics, loss trends, and rate action impacts
  • Build and maintain precise, in-depth knowledge of Client Wealth Building Program proformas; participate in sales presentations and lead technical reviews with CFOs, CPAs, etc
  • Develop expertise in all aspects of various Client Wealth Building Programs (Retro, CFC, NCFC, DOWC Re, DOWC, etc.)
  • Demonstrate a general understanding of core tenets within client-facing agreements; explain them and support sales in managing customer experience
  • Form relationships and work directly with 3rd party vendors as needed
  • Complete other projects as assigned by Protective
