Summary
Join Expressable, a virtual speech therapy practice, as a Relationship Development Specialist (RDS) and play a critical role in expanding our client base. You will be responsible for building relationships with healthcare providers to generate referrals. This fully remote position offers a competitive salary ($65,000-$75,000) plus variable compensation. As an RDS, you will lead generation and outreach, manage the sales pipeline, present our services, close sales, collaborate with teams, and report on sales performance. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with at least two years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare. Requirements
- A minimum of more than two years sales or business development experience
- Applies creativity to prospecting using both traditional methods and leveraging new technologies
- Adept at reaching prospects and uncovering their unique needs in order to identify opportunities for the potential referral relationship
- Actively engaged in professional growth and development
- Track record of success meeting quotas and achieving KPIs
- Enjoys building relationships and networking with others. Builds relationships on a foundation of authenticity and humility
- Ability to thrive in a fully-remote work environment and manage multiple ongoing campaigns efficiently
- Access to consistent, high-quality internet, and a suitable work environment for extensive phone work
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement to connect with potential customers and generate leads. Qualify incoming leads from digital accounts and marketing campaigns to create sales opportunities and move them through the pipeline
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and update leads in CRM, track outreach, and follow up with prospects regularly. Effectively nurture and build relationships with potential clients to encourage long-term partnerships
- Product Knowledge and Presentations: Develop an in-depth understanding of Expressableβs services and communicate their value propositions clearly to potential clients. Conduct online presentations to showcase service model features, answer questions, and handle objections
- Close Sales and Meet Targets: Work to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Convert qualified leads into closed sales and contribute to client growth by scheduling new clients efficiently
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation, share feedback from customers, and suggest improvements. Coordinate with the sales director to align goals and ensure seamless transitions between lead nurturing and closing stages
- Sales Reporting and Documentation: Keep accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems, including calls, emails, meetings, and transactions. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, sales activities, and pipeline status
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within a healthcare organization and/or a passion for the healthcare industry
