Remote Release Manager KYC

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Release Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of release and deployment best practices
• Experience with KYC solutions is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects and priorities
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and a high level of organization
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute release plans and schedules for multiple software releases
• Coordinate release activities with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and operations
• Ensure successful deployment of releases to production environments
• Monitor release progress and track issues and risks
• Communicate release status and issues to stakeholders, including management, customers, and partners
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance release management efficiency
• Collaborate with project managers and product owners to prioritize release activities
