Release Manager/Release Train Engineer

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident Alien
• TSA Security Clearance Required
• Bachelor's Degree is required
• Minimum of 5 years' position related experience is required
• Experience supporting large Federal government IT programs in an Agile environment, preferably in the Human Capital space (5+ years)
• Experience as an RTE leading Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and facilitating Planning Interval (PI) events (2+ years)
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills, with ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to engage and align diverse groups
• Understanding of Agile principles, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban

Responsibilities

• Overseeing production releases for O&M and enhancement projects
• Facilitating ART events and processes, supporting teams in delivering value, and ensuring the success of the ART
• Coordinate and align ART activities with the program roadmap
• Serving as a liaison between management, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth collaboration
• Implementing PI planning events
• Supervising a team of scrum-masters
