Responsibilities

  • Monitor pharmacies performance, such as capture rates, dispensing fees and inventory management
  • Monitor claims fall out reports and research anomalies
  • Reach out to wholesalers and pharmacies, as needed, regarding file delivery issues and inquiries
  • Assist wholesaler team with ordering issues and research
  • Provide reporting to internal and external partners
  • Handle Pharmacy NPI analysis requests and provide suggestions on expansion opportunities for our Covered Entities
  • Assist with pharmacy contracting, as needed
  • Configure systems and perform QA within our portal
  • Handle day-to-day pharmacy issues, concerns, and resolution

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 3+ years 340B experience working with contracted pharmacies and wholesalers, preferably at a TPA
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or pharmacy experience
  • Wholesaler EDI experience is a plus
  • Proven customer service and communication skills

General Description

As the 340B Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for providing support to the Pharmacy and Wholesaler Operations team. This individual will help ensure program efficiency and accuracy for our pharmacy and client partners.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:

  • Monitoring pharmacies performance, such as capture rates, dispensing fees and inventory management

  • Monitoring claims fall out reports and research anomalies

  • Reaching out to wholesalers and pharmacies, as needed, regarding file delivery issues and inquiries

  • Assisting wholesaler team with ordering issues and research

  • Providing reporting to internal and external partners

  • Handling Pharmacy NPI analysis requests and providing suggestions on expansion opportunities for our Covered Entities

  • Assisting with pharmacy contracting, as needed

  • System configurations and QA within our portal

  • Handling day-to-day pharmacy issues, concerns, and resolution

Physical Requirements

  • Requires the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time, occasional stooping, and reaching; May require lifting to 25 pounds; requires normal range of vision and hearing with or without accommodations.
