Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Thorough knowledge of ActivTrak. No substitutes - ActivTrak only
- Experience with MS Analytics
- Presentation skills
- Previous experience with creating and presenting dashboards
Responsibilities
- Analyze and process data from company's ActivTrak logs
- Enhance the current productivity dashboard or create a new one to monitor and rank employees across departments
- Develop employee insight reports for manager-employee coaching
- Create a method to track for in-person and travel-based meetings to optimize productivity
- Identify limitations and gaps in current monitoring, especially off-site activities
- Recommend areas for improvement with employee productivity
