About Us:

Join a well-known and highly respected nonprofit community health agency in San Jose as a Therapist for our renowned Behavioral Health Program. The Behavioral Health Counselor is responsible for providing direct behavioral health services in home, clinic, and field setting to adults and older adults. This position provides services that include providing individual and group therapy and performing case management services. The Behavioral Health Counselor delivers services with attention to cultural relevance and sensitivity.
