CPT-7429 Amazon Listing Coordinator (Image Editing & SEO) VA

Responsibilities:

• Image Editing: Edit images using Photoshop or Illustrator for initial modifications. Majority of the editing will be done using an online software called My Designs. Ensure images meet Amazon’s standards and are visually appealing.
• SEO Titles: Create SEO-optimized titles for new Amazon listings to enhance search visibility and attract potential buyers.
• Data Transfer: Transfer edited images and SEO titles to an Amazon category flat file (Excel sheet). Ensure the data is accurate and formatted correctly.
• Double-Check for Accuracy: Review and double-check the Excel sheet to ensure all data is accurate and correctly inputted before uploading to Amazon.
• New Listings Creation: Create new listings on Amazon by following the sequence: image editing, title creation, and then transferring data to the Excel sheet for inventory upload.

Requirements:

• Image Editing Skills: Proficiency in Photoshop or Illustrator for initial image edits. Experience with My Designs for the majority of image editing tasks.
• SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles to create optimized titles for Amazon listings.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and final listings.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Excel and online editing tools.
• Experience: Previous experience with Amazon listings is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
