Architectural Designer

Join BH Properties, a commercial real estate investment firm, as an Architectural Designer working remotely from the Philippines. Requirements

• Latin honors (cum laude or better) from a reputable university
• Minimum of three years of full-time work experience
• Strong skills in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Dreamweaver
• Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Prepare tenant improvement schematic floor plans as required by prospect tenants
• Create renderings for building exterior and interior improvements
• Prepare tenant improvement design and/or develop a set of drawings for permit
• Prepare basic structural construction details
• Transform existing pdf/jpg floor plans/site plans/designs into working CAD documents
• Create marketing flyers for properties
• Design leasing banners and signs
• Assist in updating and maintaining Company website’s design as requested

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Architecture, or a related field
