Requirements

• 0-2 Years Experience in order management, Provisioning collaborating closely with Sales and Customer Success teams
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel preferred
• Adaptability to a 24/5 environment with rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays for on-call support
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, adept at managing multiple projects concurrently
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships internally and externally
• Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to quality assurance protocols
• Commitment to upholding ethical business practices and standards

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Sales and Customer Success teams, providing expertise on customer contracts and account setup
• Drive contract renewals by executing strategies for price increases and securing multi-year commitments
• Champion process and system improvements to enhance our quote-to-cash efficiency, from concept to implementation
• Maintain data integrity in Salesforce and our SaaS Portal, ensuring accurate and compliant account creation
• Collaborate cross-functionally to establish and adhere to streamlined processes, fostering cohesion among product, sales, and engineering teams
• Generate and update documentation for processes and audits to meet regulatory standards
• Tackle ad-hoc business operations projects with agility and precision
