Summary
Join Spring Health as an Associate Clinical Director of the Eating Disorder Program and lead a multidisciplinary team in expanding and ensuring the success of the program. Requirements
- Licensed behavioral health practitioner (psychologist, social worker, therapist, or counselor)
- Must have experience in direct care provision of eating disorders
- Must have experience with evidence-based treatments for eating disorders, including extensive training and experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E)
- Must be data driven and research-informed
- Must have experience working on interprofessional teams to manage patient care (e.g., dieticians, psychiatry, primary care, OT, case management, nursing, etc)
- Must have experience in clinical program management
- Must have experience with clinical program design and implementation
- Must have 3+ years of experience managing clinical teams
- Knowledge of and experience with healthcare systems including health plans
- Comfort with EHRs and electronic case management tools
- Working knowledge of Google Office Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Specialty Care Leadership to design, build, and implement components of Outpatient and IOP Programs for a wide range of eating disorders
- Collaborate with Specialty Care Leadership to support program evolution, including strategic decisions on future condition specific programming
- Collaborate with cross functional partners (e.g., Product, Engineering, Design, Ops) to develop operational workflows to improve program efficiency and implement new initiatives
- Collaborate with Specialty Care leadership and cross-functional teams to improve tooling to optimize member, and provider experience, and team workflows
- Monitor and drive team performance on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Manage a Lead Care Navigator, who will ultimately oversee a team of specialized care navigators
- Provide training and clinical supervision to team of care navigators as needed
- Manage and support clinical case escalations, interfacing with members and customers when necessary
- Outreach members, conduct triage sessions, conduct case management of caseload as needed
- Manage relationships with external treatment provider programs
- Lead presentations to internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Preference for experience with highly acute populations in higher level of care settings (e.g., IOP, PHP, Inpatient)
- Preference for experience providing direct clinical care to both adults and adolescents with eating disorders (ED)
- Preference for experience with Emotion Focused Family Therapy and other evidence based family therapy modalities
- Startup experience strongly preferred
- Proactive approach to project management
- Experience developing creative solutions to complex problems
