Join Coupa's team as a Solutioning/Presales Specialist to support North America Corporate Sales Teams with demos, product knowledge, and sales strategy. The ideal candidate has experience in spend management solution sales and/or implementation, strong presentation skills, and can work well with others.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a solutioning/presales role with a track record of knowledge in spend management solution sales and/or implementation as a business consultant
- Very strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to contribute to a strong team dynamic and work well with others
- High attention to detail with an analytical mindset
- Must be able to work in a fast paced and passionate environment
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent is required
Responsibilities
- Supporting North America Corporate Sales Teams
- New Business Led Demos remotely: P2P, Expenses, Invoicing and other modules
- Customer Growth Led Product demos: Analytics, CLMS, Sourcing, Contracts and Inventory, Spend Guard, Invoice Smash
- Deliver Vision Lock βRe-demosβ and account saves. This often includes βArt of the Possibleβ demos and meetings
- Support partner/reseller onboarding and demo setup, config and demos as needed
- Assist with Core SC Demo Instance on setup and configurations
- Provide Support for Growth and New Business Opportunities
- Assistance with core SC demo instance branding including dashboard configuration of announcements, buying policies, approval flows, order lists setup for core NAM SC instances
- Assistance with core SC demo Invoice ingestion (InvoiceSmash template inputs , other typical exceptions such as utility invoices, multi-page invoices, etc.)
- Demo recordings for digital catalogs
- To create pre-demo/post-demo materials for upload to Consensus tool
- Work with Digital team to create assets and assets updates
- Management of customer story repository
- Develop and update a centralized story matrix
- Conduct interviews with New Business AEs and Growth AEs, SC, CVM, and customers to create relevant stories
- Collect product gaps in Vivun including consolidation and prep for PM meetings
- Create and publish synergistic demos of partner integrations, meaning actual process flow between Coupa and partner solution
- Support the development of RFP responses to populate into Loopio RFP tool
