  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent is required

Responsibilities

  • Supporting North America Corporate Sales Teams
  • New Business Led Demos remotely: P2P, Expenses, Invoicing and other modules
  • Customer Growth Led Product demos: Analytics, CLMS, Sourcing, Contracts and Inventory, Spend Guard, Invoice Smash
  • Deliver Vision Lock “Re-demos” and account saves. This often includes “Art of the Possible” demos and meetings
  • Support partner/reseller onboarding and demo setup, config and demos as needed
  • Assist with Core SC Demo Instance on setup and configurations
  • Provide Support for Growth and New Business Opportunities
  • Assistance with core SC demo instance branding including dashboard configuration of announcements, buying policies, approval flows, order lists setup for core NAM SC instances
  • Assistance with core SC demo Invoice ingestion (InvoiceSmash template inputs , other typical exceptions such as utility invoices, multi-page invoices, etc.)
  • Demo recordings for digital catalogs
  • To create pre-demo/post-demo materials for upload to Consensus tool
  • Work with Digital team to create assets and assets updates
  • Management of customer story repository
  • Develop and update a centralized story matrix
  • Conduct interviews with New Business AEs and Growth AEs, SC, CVM, and customers to create relevant stories
  • Collect product gaps in Vivun including consolidation and prep for PM meetings
  • Create and publish synergistic demos of partner integrations, meaning actual process flow between Coupa and partner solution
  • Support the development of RFP responses to populate into Loopio RFP tool

The candidate should also provide input on sales strategy for opportunities within the SC team and with other sales team members, display initiative and self-motivation, and promote these qualities across the SC and VC teams. Finally, they must ensure compliance with all company policies and operate as a role model with a high degree of professional integrity.

What you will do:
