Requirements

  • Project Management experience
  • Understand the Client Care procedures and job aids and all systems we work in

Responsibilities

  • Monitor Daily BOT performance - 2Xs per day (in the AM and late in the day)
  • Manager the enhancement requests & create the tasks on the BOT by TEAM site
  • Audit form - keep updated with new bots…
  • Monitor form for new bots ideas - add to the planner for our review
  • Gather all the information for new bots with business owner
