Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or a related field
• Python Engineering Experience: 3+ years designing scalable, consumer-focused services
• Framework Expertise: Experience with Python frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Pylons
• Database Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SQLAlchemy and familiarity with both relational and NoSQL databases

Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain: Design, develop, and support APIs, microservices, and backend services powering a platform with hundreds of millions of events daily
• Optimize and Innovate: Continuously improve the platform’s resilience, scalability, and performance through refactoring and optimization
• Collaborate and Lead: Engage in Agile processes (sprints, planning, code reviews), lead by example, and uphold development standards
