Remote Backend Software Engineer

Summary

Join us at Transifex, a leading agile localization and translation management platform, as an experienced Backend Software Engineer with expertise in AI/ML. You will contribute to the success of our customers, including Hubspot, Vodafone, Eventbrite, Waze, and Datadog, by architecting, developing, and scaling code for our SaaS platform.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop and scale the code that powers the Transifex SaaS platform
• Collaboratively develop, integrate, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate and enhance localization workflows
• Write well-structured, maintainable and highly performing code
• Design and implement distributed systems that use the microservices architecture
• Deploy, monitor and troubleshoot on production
• Work in a cross-functional team, in collaboration with Product Managers and Designers, to shape product requirements and implement them
• Write code that adheres to our internal standards for best practices for high-scale web applications and ensure high quality through code reviews
