Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various online channels, including LinkedIn, social media, and company websites. Develop a pipeline of prospects for the sales team to pursue.
• Email Campaigns: Use Mailchimp to design, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing leads and driving conversions.
• List Building: Build and manage email lists, ensuring they are segmented for targeted email marketing efforts.
• CRM Management: Update and maintain the CRM system with lead information, tracking all interactions and activities.
• Market Research: Conduct research on potential clients and industry trends to refine lead generation strategies.
• Email Follow-ups: Draft and send follow-up emails to prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in lead generation and email marketing.
• Proficiency in Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.
• Strong research and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
