Requirements

  • A Licensed Life and Accident & Sickness insurance agent that holds a valid LLQP license
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in the insurance or related industry
  • A sales oriented mindset - you have a proven track record of top performance, and consistently exceed sales targets
  • The ability to dissect and communicate complex concepts to our customers
  • The desire to work as a team and share actionable feedback that will guide operational and strategic improvements
  • Enthusiasm for talking to people, over the phone, by email or by text
  • A natural conversationalist - you keep the conversation flowing and are a pleasure for our clients to speak to!
  • Lots of empathy, especially when it comes to speaking about health conditions or private financial situations
  • A self-starter, someone who can take ambiguity from customers and their team, and produce amazing results
  • A desire to grow! - You strive to be better every single day and have a growth mindset
  • Maintain ownership over your client pipeline and keep clients updated
  • A willingness to understand and live PolicyMe’s core values when it comes to advice on what a customer needs and what products are best suited to meet those needs
  • 1+ years experience as a Quebec-licensed advisor
  • Bilingualism in French and English

Responsibilities

  • Become a life, critical illness and health & dental insurance product guru through both independent and remote training
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers via phone
  • Address customer questions on their needs, specific insurance products (Life, Health and Dental, CI), or the process of getting insured
  • Practice consultative sales techniques to ensure that we are pairing customers up with the most appropriate products for their unique needs
  • Work closely with sales teammates and team leads to solve complex client problems
  • Have access to consistent 1:1 coaching, ongoing learning and development opportunities, and mentorship
  • Ensure prospective customers receive unparalleled service
  • Manage a pipeline of inbound applicants in Hubspot
