Requirements

• Have experience being a member of a Medicare Advantage Plan
• Have a passion for helping people and serving others
• Have a flexible schedule, with the ability to work a minimum of two hours during the day
• Have strong people skills and are comfortable on the phone with others
• Can work independently, maintaining a consistent work ethic in a remote work environment with little oversight
• Are committed to a drug-free workplace and ready for pre-employment substance abuse testing and background checks

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent level of productivity, enthusiasm, and energy while making daily outbound calls
• Master the details of campaign workflows and scripts while developing a conversational style that highlights your personality and leads to great conversations
• Effectively engage with members during calls
• Enter and update member information and notate conversations in our call system
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude when dealing with health plan members
