Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst (ideally in a live game environment)
• Highly attentive to detail, thorough, responsible, and punctual
• Strong self-learning abilities, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in defining, measuring, and analyzing A/B tests
• Ability to generate, manipulate, and interpret data to provide actionable insights
• Consumer-first mindset, preferably with prior experience in the gaming industry
• Interest in mobile gaming
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Own the game’s KPIs and execute monetization initiatives to boost player engagement
• Collaborate with Product, Monetization, and Management teams to provide data-driven recommendations that shape game features, economies, and business strategies
• Develop and implement monetization strategies, from concept to execution, including testing, launching, and analyzing results
• Manage a product line with full responsibility for its launch, usage, and ongoing optimization
• Initiate and oversee A/B testing to drive KPI improvements
