Requirements
- Native Russian speaker with full professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3+ years working in eCommerce domains, particularly with SAP Hybris
- Proven experience in leading Hybris eCommerce implementations and supporting large-scale, multi-channel projects
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Hybris and its various modules (Commerce, PCM, WCMS, etc.)
- Strong understanding of eCommerce business models (B2B, B2C), product lifecycle management, and customer journeys
- Familiarity with system integration methods such as REST APIs, web services, and third-party plugins
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships across teams and regions
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for Hybris eCommerce solutions
- Analyze and map business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP Hybris solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Hybris-related issues, providing recommendations and best practices
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure Hybris platform meets functional and performance requirements
- Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct workshops and training sessions with business stakeholders to facilitate the adoption of new systems and processes
- Assist in project planning, task prioritization, and timeline management
- Ensure project deliverables are completed within scope, time, and budget
- Participate in testing, validation, and go-live activities for the Hybris platform
- Maintain clear and concise communication with stakeholders in both Russian and English
- Prepare comprehensive business and functional documentation, including requirement documents, user guides, and test plans
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience with other eCommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, etc.) is a plus
- Previous experience working in global, distributed teams
