Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in a business management, business analyst or consulting role
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to present complex matters in a simple, compelling way. Executive PowerPoint skills
  • Analytical thinker with strong quantitative aptitude; highly proficient in Excel and experience with data visualization products (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus
  • Experience with process mapping software (e.g., Microsoft Visio) to create complex flowcharts and technical drawings is a plus
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a hands-on approach and able to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and able to handle multiple, dynamics projects with tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Establish metrics and measurement framework across the global team, and drive team towards a more data-driven approach
  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to better understand business performance and key trends
  • Build staffing models and monitor them to ensure appropriate load balancing during peak business cycles and identify areas where more resources are required
  • Lead or contribute to a variety of cross-functional strategic projects that impact the scope of team
  • Work with the team to identify thematic pain points and leverage superior problem-solving skills to recommend and execute solutions
  • Facilitate process and data mapping as well as re-engineer target processes to enhance operational efficacy
  • Drive team enablement by identifying automation opportunities, gathering business requirements, facilitating prioritization discussions, and acting as a liaison to Technology teams
  • Assist with or take lead on content creation for ad hoc Executive presentations

About the Role

iCapital is looking to hire a Business Analyst/ Manager to join the Investor Relations team in a newly formed business management function. This is a great opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong analytical mindset to work directly with the Head of Investor Relations to make an immediate impact on the team’s day-to-day operations, as well influence our strategic transformation agenda. The Investor Relations team supports investors, financial advisors, and home office personnel, assisting them with their investments on iCapital’s technology platform, and works closely with fund sponsors using iCapital platform for distribution. The team’s goal is to optimize the user experience and ensure our clients’ overall success.

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $130,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
