Requirements

  • Proficiency in A/B testing, HTML, and multivariate testing methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on collaboration
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of SFMC campaigns, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with business objectives
  • Work extensively with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) data extensions to prepare and optimize data for campaign deployment
  • Monitor campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and performance tracking
  • Generate and analyze campaign attribution and performance reports, providing insights to optimize future campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to gather requirements, validate data sources, and support campaign execution
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing for continuous improvement of email campaigns
  • Utilize HTML skills to create and modify email templates for various campaigns
  • Assist in the implementation of Journey Builder to enhance customer engagement through personalized marketing
  • Support the management of SFMC and complementary technology systems daily, ensuring data integrity and compliance with corporate regulations
  • Document technical processes and marketing automation procedures for user adoption and knowledge sharing

What is this position abaout?

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Campaign Developer, you will play a crucial role in supporting marketing initiatives for our clients. This position is designed for a data-focused individual who will be responsible for preparing data for SFMC campaigns, managing and monitoring campaign execution, and generating campaign attribution and performance reporting. You will collaborate closely with cross-funtional teams, inclouding marketing, data engineer and data science to ensure the effectiveness of our email marketing strategies.

You may work 100% remotely if you are currently living in LATAM or you can always join us at the office in Montevideo, Uruguay!

Job Description

  • Lead the development and execution of SFMC campaigns, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Advanced degree (MS) in Statistics, Math, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a related role, preferably as a campaign developer in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and a strong understanding of email studio.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing, HTML, and multivariate testing methodologies.
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with Journey Builder, AMPscript, HubSpot, Marketo, and Pardot.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

What about languages?

You will need excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team.

How much experience must I have?
