Responsibilities

  • Screens calls thru Elise AI or the CRM for prospective residents, residents and Vendors timely and in a friendly manner
  • Qualifies applicants for apartments in a thorough and timely manner
  • Highly effective phone skills resulting in successful lead generation
  • Maintains thorough and up-to-date prospect information
  • Accurately enters rental data into the system
  • Prepares leases for and oversees the signing of leases by new residents
  • Assists in completion of monthly administrative tasks and ensures property’s paperwork is organized and complete; including, but not limited to: processing lease applications and move in lease files
  • Interacts with prospective residents in a professional manner handles complaints, and transfer resident and vendor calls to correct departments as needed
  • Conducts all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to multi-family housing

Job description

With over 30 years of experience in the acquisition, development, rehabilitation, and management of apartment communities across the Western United States, we are a trusted partner in the property management industry. The Central Leasing Administrator position is a sales position. Responsible for selling apartment home leases to prospective renters with highest and best sales techniques and skills according to MGP policies and procedures. Also responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience to residents and potential residents. Utilizes professional sales and marketing techniques and solid customer service skills to maintain high occupancy at the community.

This position will also be based out of the San Diego Corporate office and be offered a hybrid schedule of 3-days in office and 2-days remote.
