Remote City Expert Support Facility Coordinator

Summary

Join our team as a City Expert Support Facility Coordinator and play a key role in scaling the CESF facility to support cities in achieving climate neutrality. As an intermediate/advanced level coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the CESF Team in implementing end-to-end deployment of the facility, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with EU rules and requirements.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a wide range of positions/levels of seniority
• Knowledge of and experience with procurement policy, process, and risk management
• Experience in preparing procurement documents and/or working briefs (“Assignment writing”)
• Experience in contract/supplier management
• Demonstrable experience in project and process management
• Experience in monitoring and evaluating delivery of contracts and outcomes/ outputs/ lessons thereof
• Knowledge of Horizon2020/Europe compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Support the CESF Team in the implementation of the end-to-end deployment of the facility
• Manage contracts, ensuring compliance with EU rules and requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to finalise contract terms
• Maintain a comprehensive contract repository
• Monitor contract performance and identify any issues or discrepancies
