  • Possible client interactions and travel to client sites

Title: Civil Land Development Engineer II (4-8 years of experience)

Location: Greenwood Village, CO

Salary: $85-$105k DOE

Job Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Civil Project Engineer with 4-8 years of experience and proficiency in Civil 3D to enhance a growing Land Development team. This position provides a hybrid work environment, accommodating both remote and office-based work options based on individual needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Autonomous execution of design tasks, drafting construction drawings, compiling reports, calculations, and related project deliverables under initial guidance from the Project Manager, with minimal supervision.
  • Efficient management of details for multiple concurrent projects.
  • Collaborative work with Design Engineers and technicians on Land Development projects.
  • Participation in scope and fee development, as well as budget oversight.
  • Proficient delivery of technical services and deliverables, emphasizing quality.
  • Demonstrating initiative, judgment, and expertise within designated responsibilities.
