Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to all activities related to virtual guarding
• Report Severe weather alerts to operations and the field
• Act on any suspicious activity and follow post orders on how to respond to the suspicious activity
• Monitor all sites and document all events/alarms
• Take action in accordance with our policies and procedures and client post orders
• Conducts site tours of client sites according to client contracts and policy and procedures
• Operates security access control systems
• Records security system alarms, facilities and security system/equipment deficiencies, and other occurrences for appropriate follow-up
• Monitor the movements and locations of security personnel in order to expedite service requests, emergency responses and to ensure employee safety
• Dispatches security officers to security/emergency incidents and other critical events occurring within the facility being
• Makes accurate and timely notifications to leadership, client representatives, local emergency services, and other key personnel during routine and emergency situations
• Conducts video investigations when an event occurs on any client sites
• Compiles and delivers a variety of reports (ex: incidents, cameras issues,) to Supervisors
• Monitor weather
• Performs other security-related functions as directed by management and the clients
