  • Identify talent on Instagram or TikTok, Outreach and be the go-between when executing scripts for ads
  • Oversee the acquisition and organization of user-generated content, ensuring it meets our high standards for creativity and quality
  • Work closely with the creative and digital content teams to ensure the content aligns with our marketing strategy and goals
  • Provide detailed reports on the performance and effectiveness of UGC efforts, optimizing based on feedback and data

Content & UGC Relationship Lead- Austin, USA

We are looking for a Content & UGC Relationship Lead to manage our large-scale outreach for user-generated content (UGC) and influencers-based ad development. You will be responsible for overseeing customer relationships with up to 50 customers at a time as well as constantly locating and securing key talent on TikTok and Instagram to execute scripts for ads. Guiding both from the first message to securing a media release form, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.

  • Core Compensation: 50.000-60,000 (Salary plus Bonus)

Hello, my name is Michael Farah, Head of Innovation at PetLab Co., and I need your help. We started PetLab Co. in November 2018 because we saw an unmet need to offer safe, effective nutritional supplements to help pets live their happiest, healthiest lives. Since then, we’ve become the fastest-growing pet health brand in the U.S., thanks in part to our rigorous approach to creative output and our focus on optimized content.

We’ve built a highly efficient team of producers and writers to develop cutting-edge content, split between fast-paced ads and long-form educational content for YouTube. We ideate, produce, film, and edit key content to generate revenue first and educate our viewers second. That’s where you come in.

As the User-Generated Content Relationship Manager, you will:
